Depending on the state, county, and city you live in, you might also be required to obtain other licenses.  If your company operates in multiple cities, then you might need a license for each one.

 You may need to pay a fee for a permit to do business in a certain county, or you might be regulated by the state with a license.  Check with your local zoning office to see if you need to meet any additional requirements.
