West Virginia Construction Craft Laborers Training Center

Operated by the West Virginia Laborer's Training Trust Fund, a non-profit, jointly-administered labor-management trust fund, the training center is located on 170 acres in Mineral Wells, equipped with an administration/classroom building, dormitory with dining facilities, a one-acre mock hazardous waste site, and a training bay to allow year-round classroom instruction and hands on training in a variety of technical skills.
