Tontogany, Ohio is a village in Wood County. The village was incorporated in 1875, getting its name from an Ottawa Indian Chief Tondoganie, who was well liked by early setters. Tontogany is located southwest of Perrysburg and northwest of Bowling Green, with Grand Rapids directly west of the village.
