Sebring is an incorporated village in Mahoning County, Ohio. The community was founded by the Sebring brothers, who came to the area from Ohio for the purpose of establishing a pottery town. The planned development began with five potteries, an industry that flourished for several years. In 1912, the village was the site of a factory that produced a motor car, the Sebring Six, one of the first automobiles to be manufactured, although only twenty-five cars were produced.
