Pepper Pike is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The community began around 1763, when sixteen pioneer families settled along the eastern shore of what is now Cuyahoga County. Established that same year, Orange Township included Pepper Pike, Hunting Valley, Moreland Hills, Orange Village and Woodmere. Pepper Pike broke away from the township and incorporated as a village in 1924, becoming a city in 1970.
