Olmsted Falls is an incorporated city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Its main business district is at the corners of Bagley and Columbia Roads, and includes the Grand Pacific Junction, a pedestrian friendly shopping area. The area was first settled in 1814, and was originally known as Kingston, then Lenox, before being named Olmstead, for Charles Olmstead. The “a” was dropped when it became a township. A town named Norris Falls was created in 1843, later renamed Olmsted Falls.
