Incorporated in 1910, the City of Madeira, Ohio is in Hamilton County. The community was established along the railway line between Cincinnati and Parkersburg, West Virginia. Bordered by the Madisonville neighborhood of Cincinnati to the south, as well as by Columbia Township, Indian Hill, Silverton and Sycamore Township, the city benefited by annexations in the 1970s.
