Deer Park, Ohio is a city in Hamilton County. Although the community was not incorporated as a village until 1912, settlers began moving to the area as early as the 1780s, and the settlement was known as Deer Park by the early 1800s. The first brick home was constructed there in 1806, and the railroad had reached the area by 1881. The village grew between 1930 and 1951 through several annexations, becoming a city in 1952. Deer Park Township was formed in 1953.
