Broadview Heights, Ohio is a city in Cuyahoga County. The first white man to settle the area was Seth Paine, who came in 1811 as a surveyor sent by Colonel John Breck. Broadview Heights was part of Brecksville Township until 1926, when it was incorporated as a village. A few years later it became a city.
