Founded in 1882, Ashville is a village in Pickaway County, Ohio. The town claims to have the nation’s oldest operating traffic light, designed by Ashville resident, Teddy Boor. In full-time operation for fifty years, until 1982, the light now directs foot traffic inside the Ashville Museum.
