Situated in central-east Missouri, the small city of St. Paul is in St. Charles County. The town largely consists of St. Paul Catholic church and school, several ballfields associated with the church, and a Knights of Columbus hall, and one building houses the city offices, a part-time post office, a real estate office, and accounting office. A volunteer fire department provides fire protection, and there is also an auto repair shop and tavern, known as the Dog Prairie Tavern. Neighboring communities include O’Fallon on the southeast, Old Monroe to the northeast, and Josephville, Flint Hill and Wentzville to the west of St. Paul.
