Belgrade is in south-central Washington County, Missouri. It is situated along Missouri Route C, about six miles west of Caledonia and ten miles south of Potosi. Other nearby cities include Belleview, Bismarck, Bonne Terre, De Soto, Festus, Hillsboro, Irondale, Park Hills, Pilot Knob, Steelville, and Viburnum. Founded in 1876, the community was named for the Serbian capital.
