The focus of this category is hotels, vacation rentals, camping areas, cottages, self-catering apartments, and bed and breakfast inns on the island of Sark in the Channel Islands of Europe. Many of the guest houses on Sark are stone in the style of old Sark, and some were built in the 18th century.
Because cars and other motorized vehicles are not allowed on the island, some hotels offer hotel-owned horse-drawn carriages. Those that don't can arrange for a taxi carriage to meet and pick up guests. It is not uncommon to find dog-friendly rooms and even entire hotels which welcome pets.
