Randal Hank Williams, known to fans as Hank Williams, Jr. or Bocephus, was born on May 26, 1949 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was the son of famed country music legend, Hank Williams, who died when Bocephus was still a toddler. In 1975, he was nearly killed in Montana when he fell 500 feet down the rocky side of a mountain he was climbing. He is a recovering alcoholic and addict. He has been married three times and has five children.
