Alfredo Pacino, more commonly known as Al Pacino, was born in Spanish Harlem in Manhattan on April 25, 1940. He grew up in the Bronx, and after arguing incessantly with his mother about his bad grades, he dropped out of school entirely. Though he had been in a few feature films, he made it to world fame in The Godfather. Though he has never been married, he has been in several long-term committed relationships and has three children.
