Los Angeles, California is the birthplace of Elizabeth Montgomery on April 15, 1933. She was the daughter of actor Robert Montgomery and Broadway actress Elizabeth Allen. She was in numerous television shows before being cast as Samantha Stephens in the series "Bewitched," which was, at the time, the highest rated series in the history of ABC. She was married four times and had three children. She died at her home in Beverly Hills of colorectal cancer on May 18 1995.
