Chris Farley (February 15, 1964 - December 18, 1997) was most famous for his energetic physical comedy. He was born in Madison, Wisconsin to a father who owned an oil company and a mother who was a housewife. His family was traditional Irish Catholic, and he went to parochial schools throughout his life, including college, which he attended in Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He sought treatment for drug abuse as well as obesity more than a dozen times, and it was not a huge surprise to those who knew him when he died in Chicago of a morphine and cocaine overdose.
