Tracy “Trace” Adkins is an actor and country music artist. He was born in northern Louisiana on January 13, 1962. He dropped out of college but dropped out to work on an oil rig. After he lost his pinky finger in an accident, he asked the surgeon to reattach it at a slight angle so that he could continue to play his guitar. He has appeared on television and movies and is also a published author who has written his autobiography.
